Health and Wellbeing

Health and well-being are fundamental to living a fulfilling and productive life. When individuals prioritise their physical, mental, and emotional health, they are better equipped to handle daily challenges, build meaningful relationships, and pursue their goals. Despite Sarah being a full time athlete and it being her job to stay fit and healthy, she has seen and felt the difference in herself from putting in the time and effort to look after herself. She understands she has more time for this than others and with her job being a big part of it, but still encourages when possible to prioritise health and wellbeing. You can find through her socials tips and tricks to prioritising this, and will be starting to share more content soon on how maintain this under different situations (not much time to cook a quick healthy meal, not accessible to facilities etc).
